Pineapple Mai Tai (AKA Pai Tai)

1 1/2 oz. light rum
3/4 oz. dark rum
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Put ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake for 30
seconds. Strain into glass and garnish with pineapple wedge and orchid.
